I have pasted the phrases in the document that “walk the line” when it comes to the truth of those phrases, with my comments below each one:
1. "you can purchase ‘souvenir plots of land’ in Scotland, and based on historic Scottish customs, this allows you to call yourself a Lord or Lady!”
It is good that they have used the term “souvenir”. The dictionary meaning of the word is as follows: "a thing that is kept as a reminder of a person, place, or event.” So, one can reasonably interpret this to mean that purchasers are not in fact receiving a transfer of an actual plot of land. A potential issue is that they go on to say that according to Scottish customs, “This allows you to call yourself a Lord or Lady”, and below they make the statement that landowners can use the terms “Lord and Lady”. Accordingly, I think the statement above itself is ok, but in combination with the one below, a reasonable argument could be made that they are using vague language that could mislead someone into thinking that they will own the land. If I were advising Established Titles about the use of language in their ads, I would recommend that they ad a disclaimer stating that those who purchase a “Title Package” will not in fact legally own title to any land. Since there was no disclaimer that I am aware of, if your influencers wish to address the issue, they could consider adding their own disclaimer (though they should likely work with Established Titles on the language of the disclaimer so as not to be in breach of their obligations towards established Titles). I would recommend doing so out of an abundance of caution only if they use the words “landowners’ or otherwise imply land ownership by combining the statement above with the one below. If they simply state that Established Titles is selling “souvenir plots of land” without further talking about land ownership, then I do not think a disclaimer is necessary. Also, the recommendation for a disclaimer is again out of an abundance of caution. The statements made are not clearly false, so if they prefer not to add disclaimers despite making all of the statements flagged here in my email, I think that while there may be some risk associated with not doing so, the risk is low.
2. It is a project based on a historic Scottish custom where landowners are referred to as Lairds, or Lords and Ladies in English.
This statement is only potentially problematic because the term “landowners” is used, and when stated in combination with the statements above (#1), there is an implication that the purchaser will be a landowner.
3. "Title packs give you at least 1 sqft of dedicated land with a unique plot number on a private estate in Eddleston, Scotland and an official certificate with a crest.
The word “give” could imply a transfer, but I think that as long as the land remains “dedicated” to the purchaser and has a unique plot number (i.e. no double allocation), this statement is ok.

MATERIALS The viability of any links I’d have provided would depend on the country you’re in. However using the info below, you should have no problem finding the correct materials.
THE PLASTIC Polycaprolactone (PCL) is a polyester with a low melting point of around 60 °C. It has a few different commercial names including, Polymorph, Multimorph, and Polydoh. You can find it with a simple Amazon or Ebay search of any of these names.
THE POWDER Strontium Aluminate is also readily available on Amazon and Ebay and can be found from various sellers by doing a search for it. As mentioned The Green and Aqua powders are the brightest, and in natural light have an off-white coloration.
