Tanya Kotelnykova, a recipient of Columbia’s Scholarship for Displaced Students, has been helping Ukrainian students—hoping to continue their studies despite the war—apply for university programs abroad. Tanya’s intention is to help the next generation of Ukrainians who will, in turn, one day help rebuild their country. Her main challenge: not enough volunteers to meet the enormous demand from students.
