Hey Beauty babes, today I want to talk all about my Health and Fitness Goals. As you know I have been sharing my weight loss journey here and there, and have also been very open about my surgery journey as well! So I wanted to share more about what where I am at currently and what my goals are concerning my health/fitness/body from here on out. I do think I will make this a monthly "series" where I check in with updates on my stats and progress. I dont know how much interest there will be in this topic, but I wanted to be able to have a public space to share and track my progress as I find accountability extremely helpful!
