Nidal is a psychiatrist. She is also a Sudanese refugee in Farchana, Chad. She fled the same war her patients are still processing. Every day she shows up, absorbs their trauma, and carries her own.
Three years into the Sudan conflict, she is still there. Still working. Still standing.
