I'm a merchant mariner in real life and I've worked in over 25 different vessels in my career, working in many different types of port facilities around the world. Not everything is a container terminal like the game comes with, and so we'll use our Industries DLC to create extremely authentic maritime facilities that different ships can use for different cargos in this new episode of Skyline6. This won't be a huge single seaport.Even in Vanilla gameplay you might not even know you could, or even should, build these types of locations with Cities Skylines Oil Industry and Cities Skylines Ore Industry! In this video, I carefully study the life and times of BooBoo the Bison. With the knowledge of BooBoo's habitat, I am able to build a magnificent new high rise district on a lake, connected to the rest of our city with a really fun metro, tram, bus hub #transporthub. We also build a folded-diamond #interchange, which is a simple, effective, and good-looking alternative to a standard diamond. But best of all, I make a Vanilla #Lake (meaning zero mods) that doesn't overflow or dry up and looks really great. I've utilized a simple trick that I'll share with you here!Also, we plant a Yew tree. Although I'm playing on PC, I'm using zero Steam Workshop mods and assets, but I am trying to build this organic Vanilla city of Xucaboa as realistically, creatively, and beautifully as possible while being highly functional by using the world-famous MIAU Method of Detailing.In this video, we'll finish the historic city built on the island of Isla Isaura using a blend of assets from Liberal Arts Campus DLC, Parks Life DLC, and unique buildings in a very dynamic terrain setting.
