This Russian Orthodox church which has been in existence for more than a century is a very popular tourist spot for the city. Flocks of Chinese young girls dressed up in European royalty costumes to pose for pictures and videos. Inside, it is the domed architecture, murals and chandeliers that attract the crowd. There are musicians performing, so I asked a Jewish fiddler to play Hava Nagila, a Jewish Hebrew celebration song of Let us Rejoice, figured that he would have it in his repertoire.
