We are gonna have an "AZUBI" system. It means that, if you will want join and auditions wont be opened, you can ask some of the leaders to become and azubi. (you´ll have chance to join some MEPs). If there wont be any problem with for example giving parts after deadline, and your editing will get atleast a little bit better, you´ll change from azubi to a member.
