The event was fun but our enjoyment was short lived. When we came back to our car, we shortly found out we’ve been robbed. Upon opening the trunk we noticed our things were thrown about and that we had been robbed. Chrystal and I live a bit of a distance apart, so we tend to bring a lot of our belongings with us during visits so unfortunately, the thieves hit the jackpot. If I only put my phone in the glove box... maybe we wouldn't have been stolen from as everything else was in the trunk. We were missing around 3000 dollars of personal belongings including my phone, laptop, our wallets and both our 3dses. We immediately called the police and the super cool officer with an equally cool name OFFICER LANCE MAPLES responded and ran us through procedure. LANCE MAPLES was extra cool because he called his HQ to get us the phone numbers for visa card and credit union to help us get on track. We also soon found out the thieves ran our credit cards for over a thousand dollars. Thankfully we can easily dispute those charges. The theft left us very hurt with losses that we can't easily replace monetarily. We both use our laptops for work and I used my specialized 3DS to host a small stream. Although it may seem petty, the thing that hurt me the most was the loss of my Monster Hunter 4U save file.
