And sure enough, i managed to do something video-worthy :)Two weeks ago I found that you could get more points with the glitched ticks at 0:17. I already had the first place on this, but this increases my lead by 6 points. GHL - Keep On Swinging, Expert FC, 240,860 Bj0rnSH 2016-01-09 | 1st place as of the uploading of this video. This is just my first go at squeezing something in GHL. The ticks could be better. And apparently (according to Lo11o2) 200 More is possible on the last activation, but I never tried that.
GHWT - Love Removal Machine, Expert FC, 338,932 Bj0rnSH 2014-01-12 | ScoreHero Leagues Season 17 quarterfinals song. I worked hard on this song. And on the last day of the round, I started getting semi-consistent at FCing it, which is nice. This is pretty much the score I was aiming for. For me it was a solid ticking run, nothing special, but I combined it with hitting all the squeezes. The 4th activation double squeeze is quite difficult. I believe only ticks remain, which is rather crazy, considering this is 600 points from 1st place. Combining my best ticking from different runs, I would have 200 more points, but anything beyond that requires a skill in holding ticks that I don't have. Hopefully I can learn the right technique, but as it is now, Fug's score is absolutely impossible for me to challenge.My camera ran out of battery, so I had to film this with a Surface RT. Bad timing I guess.
GHWT - American Woman, Expert FC, 320,488 (1st place) Bj0rnSH 2013-12-22 | ScoreHero Leagues Season 17 week 2 song. I never tried reverse tick squeezing the last activation, but I'm not surprised if it's doable. Otherwise this is what they call an easy optimal IMO.
GHWT - Band On The Run, Expert FC, 370,410 Bj0rnSH 2013-12-15 | ScoreHero Leagues Season 17 week 1 song. Past the first squeeze, this was a pretty typical score for me. GH3 - Holiday In Cambodia, Expert FC, 506,136 (1st place) Bj0rnSH 2013-06-29 | ScoreHero Leagues Season 16 finals score. I got an extra 400 point squeeze that nobody had hit before, on the 4th activation. I was prepared to say that this was likely the optimal score. But my opponent in the final, UndeadFil13QC, did get one more tick, just not the extra squeeze. So for the 3rd time, I'm the champion of the highest division in the GH3X league!In my attempts to get this score, I also got these scores on video, if anybody is interested in me uploading them: 505736, 506108 and 506124. I got strangely consistent at hitting the extra squeeze, to the point where I actually hit it every time the day that I got this score. Granted, I only had to play about half an hour that day.
GH3 - F.C.P.R.E.M.I.X., Expert FC, 393,833 (just on a random run) Bj0rnSH 2013-06-29 | This is just a random run that I did while grinding Holiday In Cambodia for the ScoreHero S16 GH3X League final. I literally went from some kind of infinite loop of missing the intro in HIC to doing the Aggro Part of this song in practice mode. Found that I couldn't seem to ever miss, so I tried a real run and that's what you see in the video. FCing a song like this on a random run is something that I've never done before. This is the first time I ever hit all the squeezes. But I apparently lost a massive amount of ticks during the last activation.
GH3 - The Way It Ends, Expert FC, 628,584 (3rd place) Bj0rnSH 2013-06-29 | ScoreHero Leagues Season 16 semifinals score. This was the song in the Season 10 final, and that time I got first place (ShinyCow17 did too, but my score was higher). This time, the two highest scores are very impressive. Being far from consistent at FCing this song, it could just be the hardest 1st that I actually could get. I know that I can technically do it, so I may go back for it at some point.What I didn't get was 14 more on the first activation, 400 on the 4th activation (it's pretty hard and I didn't wanna risk it on this run), 200 more on the last activation by double squeezing chords (I didn't even know about that when doing this run) plus the 72 points of ticks that I dropped in the solo.But I got the 2nd activation (triple?) squeeze which is among the hardest squeezes in the whole game (maybe like the Radio Song squeeze but in the middle of all this strumming). I do believe that I am the first person that ever hit that squeeze, proving its possibility. Even so, this run is only my 3rd time ever hitting it. That's why I chickened out on the 4th activation.It was a huge relief to get this run, because I had the pressure of the league semifinal on my back, and I had no FC before this run. But when this happened, I could safely stop playing for more :P
GH3 - Black Sunshine, Expert FC, 291,234 (1st place) Bj0rnSH 2013-06-29 | ScoreHero Leagues Season 16 quarterfinals score. It was great to see this song picked, because it didn't just give me a reason to finally squeeze it; it gave me a reason to finally FC it at all.This was the only run that I managed to do without dropping any ticks. And I was lucky to have that happen on a run where I got all the squeezes and extra ticks that I have ever gotten. So unless an extra note (or reverse tick squeeze?) is possible on the trill activation, this score is going to be very hard to beat. I haven't been able to prove that this isn't optimal, but someone else may have. This beats ukog-monkey's old first place score by 96 points. But the hardest part about getting this score (to me) is nothing other than the not dropping ticks part.
GH3 - She Bangs The Drums, Expert FC, 311,922 (1st place) Bj0rnSH 2013-06-29 | Warning: framerate issues while recording this caused a lot of skipping in the audio, so it's not particularly pleasant to listen to. I decided to not bother with slowing down the squeezes at the end because of this.Thanks to this song being picked in the S16 ScoreHero GH3X league, week 4, I finally found a reason to do some proper squeezing on it. It was in another league 4.5 years before this, but I guess I must've focused more on other songs, because my score wasn't very good.I didn't even remember that this song had so many tick squeezes. A bit like Story Of My Life in that respect. I saw pretty quickly that 1st place was within reach, so that's all I aimed for. I got this pretty fast, but with all those tick squeeze, plus 3 tick glitches, I got no good idea of how much is left. Who knows, 312,000+ might be possible. I have a video of a run where I had 8 more after only the first activation. So this is in no way maxed out.
GH3 - Mauvais Garcon, Expert Optimal FC, 430,648 (1st place) Bj0rnSH 2013-06-29 | This song showed up among the week 4 songs in the season 16 ScoreHero GH3X League. I already got optimal on this in 2009, but I saw this as a great opputunity to get Another optimal score on video.The second squeeze is pretty tricky. But the biggest trouble that I had with the song this time was that I couldn't decide how I wanted to strum it (in general, LOL). You don't really have to play on rhythm in order to hit the notes. So I kept switching between the easy out-of-rhythm strumming and the in-rhythm strumming that you see (mostly) in this video. Would've been easiest to stick to one method.
GH3 - Rock and Roll All Nite, Expert, 71,862 after second activation Bj0rnSH 2013-05-19 | Instant fail after getting the best ticks that I've ever had at the break after the second activation. I managed to get 237,390 on another run which had 71,850 points at the break. So 237,402 is absolutely possible. But if I read a comment by APEthehippy correctly, 8 more points are possible on the first activation. That seems reasonable; I feel like I have been close to it a couple of times. And then I'm not really sure if my last activation was optimal either. This second activation looks rather perfect though. But maybe optimal is more than even 237,410.
Flooding in Chester, Vermont Bj0rnSH 2011-08-30 | Near the end of a great trip to USA, hurricane Irene hit just a day after a wedding that me and my family were attending in Vermont. On our way to the hotel, this road was completely flooded over, the deepest part was probably about a half meter (20 inches). But like the cars before us, we decided to go right through it. That was a mistake, because the electricity in the car died out just before we got out of the water. I don't wanna think about what would have happened to us, had the car stopped in the deepest part.This footage is from when we were waiting for somebody to aid us. We were the last car to "pass" before the road was closed.
GH3 - Paranoid, Expert Optimal FC, 352,040 (1st place) Bj0rnSH 2010-07-13 | Since I've done one song on video for every league week so far, it was only logical to do another this week. The playoffs will start soon, so that might bring me to do more videos.This score is pretty tricky to get. You have to do 4 squeezes that are significantly harder than the double squeezes in Prayer of the Refugee. But already in June 2008 I was pretty close. I just couldn't hold the ticks which is another minor difficulty in this song. Getting it now was no biggie, but it still felt really nice when I hit the last squeeze and saw the score two seconds later.
GH3 - Pride and Joy, Expert Optimal FC, 372,194 (1st place) Bj0rnSH 2010-07-05 | When I learned that there were 200 more points to get on the second activation, I was a bit worried that it would be very hard to get. But that extra squeeze is not much of a problem at all. I strummed the green PO at the end, which I usually don't do. But from my experience it makes no difference, so I think you would get it just as easily not strumming it.
GH3 - Radio Song, Expert Optimal FC, 199,575 (1st place) Bj0rnSH 2010-06-28 | This was quite hard for me to get the first time. But now that I had to do it again for the SH leagues it was much easier. Maybe I should try to do it twice in a row on video :p
GH3 - Even Flow, Expert FC, 365,840 (1st place) Bj0rnSH 2010-06-21 | Scorehero leagues season 11 has begun. This is one of my submissions for week 1. The score is pretty good, especially after the first four activations. The back end of the last activation was pretty weak though, there's at least 16 more there. Overall probably 30-40 points left in the song. My 360 is making a bit of noise in the background, sorry about that.
GH5 - Done With Everything, Die For Nothing, Expert 6* FC, 359,933 Bj0rnSH 2010-01-31 | Finally I got this FC after hours upon hours of attempts over the past week. At first I thought that I could FC it quite quickly. I got the 600 note streak challenge on my sightread and I could hit Solo 1 consistently a couple of months ago. But after that I have gotten worse at every part. Especially the intro which I could sometimes miss for over 20 mins. I gave up trying to squeeze it, so I didn't get 1st place, but not too far from it. I'm really glad I got it out of the way, because I got very nervous every time I got past the solo. I'm FC'ing this game in career order, so just 2 songs to go now! Hopefully my first FGFC :D
