After the 2014 Halloween release there are 3 new jewels that change the color of the player but not the weapon or back.
Now i will show you the colors from an alternate way.
These colors are green, orange and black which other than the black color the other two are the same as Hylek Green Hue Potion and Hylek Orange Hue Potion or the new 3 nourishments.
Now there are 3 new nourishments which give bonus stats when you revive and also 30% magic find, also these give the same 3 colors of the jewels, then after when reviving a player or npc, you both will get a 20 sec buff that changes your color depending on what nourishment you take.
Also the buff works on tonic transforms as you will see in the video but because i don't have a jewel i don't know if it does the same.
Flask of Pumpkin Oil is for Orange.
Lump of Crystallized Nougat is for Green.
Sharpening Skull is for black.
