I beat Guarding the Refugee Camp in one turn without going to the enemy's phase. Once again, I killed many enemies with friendly fire. I hadn't practiced beforehand and was just winging it, but I managed to find some good spots to stand during the friendly fire kills. Aside from that, my strategy is similar to the one in my original one-turn completion:
