GTA SA: Definitive Edition - Flashlight Mod + Silent Hill Fog & Heather Skin



[SA:DE] Flashlight Mod (flashlight with light)
Flashlight mod with functional light for GTA San Andreas The Definitive Edition!
Considerations:
- Replaces the spray can (it was the only way we could get it to aim).
- Replaces the Black Project quest spotlight object.
- That is, uninstall the mod (.pak and .cs) if you need the spray or are doing this mission.
- Remove the flashlight from your hand before saving the game.

[SA:DE] Silent Hill Pack: Fog + Heather skin
Mod that adds the Silent Hill fog and Heather skin to GTA San Andreas The Definitive Edition.
And most interestingly: This is technically the first real pedestrian skin mod in GTA Trilogy , using a semi-automatic method with tools that Jessica and I (Junior_Djjr) made.
