A plane will be dropping packages in the sea, and Donald tells us to pick them up before someone gets them. We must get a boat to follow the plane, either one available in the pier near Callahan Point or pick one in Newport like I done in Gone Fishing mission. This time I gone for the one in Callahan Point since is close-by where the plane shows up. We must collect 6 packages and deliver them back to Donald's place, while handling 5-stars wanted level. This is a perfect opportunity to obtain a FBI Car required for the Emergence Vehicles Exportation, and I show how to get one. After passing the mission, Shoreside Vale is unlocked. Since the next Donald Love mission is the introduction of the area, we be doing that before doing the side-missions and other stuff required for 100% completion.
