So when using a track camera, the weight distribution of the car actually somehow affects the pitch of its engine depending on if you're facing towards or away from the camera.
Here are examples of it on a car with a 40f:60r distribution (Stratos) and one with a 65f:35r distribution (Chaser Tourer V).

When Im bored, I do this stuff.
Gran Turismo 2 isnt that bad with engine sounds.
Of course, I couldve done a better job choosing what sound goes wih what car, but whatever, there are engine swap codes ;)
Anyway, after seeing this Galant Super VR-4 video, and how close the engine sounded to GT2s 3000GT... well I decided to try and reproduce it ^^
Ill say it again: I DO NOT OWN THAT VIDEO, but for comparison purposes I had to use it.
