It's December 7th 2020, it's highly likely that you've already done your Christmas shopping or that some people in your Christmas gift exchange group have and therefore it's too late for you to implement all my amazing and unique suggestions this year but perhaps by next Halloween more than 10 people will have watched this and maybe one of them will have decided to make a change.
5:54 2: Secret Santa Everyone getting everyone a present is MADNESS!!! It can be a SUPER FUN game (I make suggestions)
8:57 3: Get EVERYTHING secondhand
12:45 4: No big ticket items Let Christmas be lighthearted and cut out some stress, use big purchases as an opportunity to work on communication skills or teach the kids about financial responsibility.
That Jolly Time of Year Home for the Holidays epidemicsound.com/track/3wGaiGUiqeDIY Witch Hat | Tutorial | DIY Voyeurism | How Its MadeMythrose2020-10-31 | I decided not to make anything for Halloween this year, so I made this hat...how that happened I'm not totally sure. I decided not to make any halloween content, and then this video happened, also fuzzy on when that decision was made.
As I finished this just in time for halloween and the fabric is not upcycled this will not be available on my website...for the time being, check back later.
I made this hat after watching the tutorial linked below, as a tutorial it's much better than mine, as entertainment, I think mine is better...n'est pas? youtube.com/watch?v=DCB9w70f2UU

Their ads don't help us to feel better about ourselves, they make us feel guilty for not liking our bodies. They produce low quality, ridiculous, ill fitting clothes that make it more difficult to feel good in your clothing and therefore your body. And they mess with sizes to mess with your head, no joke.

When I wear a mask it’s to prevent me from unknowingly spreading the infection, we can’t know who has it. DO NOT use medical masks, there’s someone near you who can make masks for you and probably already is. Offer help, we need supplies to make the masks, we need help distributing them, we need people to help spread good information about how to use and sanitize them properly. Find masks made by your local home sewist, they’re probably closer than you think. SANITIZE with soap and water before use.

There doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason to them, when you finally find something that fits one part of your body it doesn’t fit the other and women’s clothing is particularly notorious for this.
You may already be aware that indeed there is no good excuse for the existence of this problem because there is a lot of content out there about the history of clothing sizes and how they affect us.
Which is why I’ll just briefly talk about at the history of clothing sizes and how they affect our psyche. The real meat of this video will be a brilliantly laid out argument convincing anyone who even glances at the thumbnail of this video that we should indeed return to an age of exclusively custom sized clothing.
A majority of us wear clothes that made out of polyester every day. Yoga pants, shirts, and underwear are all partly made of synthetic materials more and more — yes, actual plastic.
Synthetic fabrics are now contributing to 60% of all clothing on earth. And we are not even talking about home textiles yet. That's a lot of plastic roaming around.
But wait, that's not just about it. There is more to this problem, there is a hidden part: when you wash them, they break down into tiny pieces of plastic fibres that goes down our drains, through treatment facilities, and out into our nature and us humans.
In this video, heather talks about what microfibers are, what kinda problems they are creating and how to avoid them.
Hi, My name is Heather, the founder of Mythrose. I started Mythrose as a slow fashion brand but quickly realized I felt I could contribute more to positive change for our planet and ourselves via education, and inspiration rather than retail. My hope is that this channel will blossom into an inclusive, thriving community of people changing their relationships with clothing, Earth and their own bodies for the better while supporting each other in that journey. Full disclosure, I also hope that the success of this channel will contribute to the success of my online sewing pattern store. Thank you for watching, hope to see you again in the future.
