New to cardmaking and need some easy, cheap, techniques to get started? This is one technique you MUST TRY!!
This technique works best with a very low tack tape like masking tape. However, I did not have masking tape so I subbed a very cheap roll of packing tape I had which is so cheap it barely has any tack to it. HA HA. It worked great. I love texture on my cards and this was totally up my alley! Bulk backgrounds here I come!
