F-1+ cartridges were top of the line when they were produced in the 1970s. Grado recommends a Silver1 replacement stylus, so the quality between those two cartridge should be comparable. I was recently able to pick one up for a few dollars. Does it still work well enough, 40 years later, to replace my Black1 Cartridge. You be the judge.
