I've been seeing more and more YouTube videos that mention a specific frequency, like 428 Hz or 532 Hz and they are often titled something like complete relaxation, meditation etc. etc.
I've always been a firm believer that sounds/music can be healing, relaxing. So I made this track and found it very relaxing to play. Naturally I was curious what frequency my music was. I downloaded an app called Spectroid, which measures the frequency for you. How awesome. Give it a try.
Turned out that my track was mostly 108 Hz. I was not surprised that this frequency was used for deep meditation :~)
I hope this is as relaxing for you to listen to it, as it was for me to make.
