The BOOX Go Color 7 Gen II keeps the compact, fast formula of the original, but it gets noticeably better results from its Kaleido 3 display and adds support for the InkSense stylus. I test its different refresh modes, colour rendering, ghosting and handwriting to see whether these two upgrades make it a genuinely better small colour E-Ink reader.
