Glass and The Ghost Children cover by Spaceboy365 (Act IV 2001 Demo) Act4 2012-12-08 | This demo is special because it is the first demo we ever received for the Act IV shows. On December 7, 2000, we announced the idea of Act IV on sites and mailing lists like Blissed and Gone2K, which was setup for people going to the 'final' SP shows at the time. Spaceboy365 submitted this cover of "Glass and the Ghost Children" to us on December 8, 2000, just 1 day later and 6 days after the end of the first era of The Smashing Pumpkins. Since we do not have a picture or even Spaceboy365's real name at the moment, we have chosen one of the first banners we have ever used on the Act IV site, when it was simply known as Project: Act IV. Eventually we would name it Act IV: A Tribute To The Smashing Pumpkins. This demo was submitted to us in late 2001 for consideration for the second Act IV concert. While The iOs didn't make the cut, this demo was under consideration for Ghost Children 2 years later. Farewell and Goodnight (cover) by Analogue [Tribute to the Act IV concerts] Act4 2012-07-14 | A tribute to the two Act IV concerts. Analogue had created a demo for "Farewell and Goodnight" in addition to the demos they submitted for Act IV 2002. Pictures mostly by Irene Tien, Act IV's head photographer, along with various fan and Act IV volunteer staff pics. The pics featured are from before, during, and after each Act IV concert. All the bands who performed are featured, along with staff, attendees, etc.

It's a long story to explain why both them and SALS played "Whir". It's explained in one of the featurettes from the Act IV 2002 DVD, but we may post it on here. *DISCLAIMER* I noticed that this has a copyright claim on it, less than an hour after I posted it. This is a cover song of an SP song by one of the bands that played at Act IV, it's not the original song. Many people post covers of SP songs on here. This was at a charity concert in benefit of Make-A-Wish and I believe some of the fees that were deducted from the gross ticket sales were royalties to the Pumpkins.
