MOST BEAUTIFUL GANGSTER (Official music video)
Trippie Redd hit me up a few weeks ago and told me about a new artist he had. Told me to pull up to the crib because they were staying in LA so I grabbed my camera stuff and headed over. I met Gigi and he started to play me some music. I honestly was really fucking with it. It has a good vibe and I really like his voice. The music feels a bit different than what people are putting out lately and I really enjoyed that. He hadn’t made a music video yet at all so I asked if we could just do a pretty simple run and gun shoot. We shot a couple scenes at the crib they were staying at and I subjected let’s take a quick ride over to Hollywood Blvd and shoot a bit there. A new artist in LA for the first time what’s a better representation of going to Hollywood at night with all the lights and colors. I shot with my Sony FX3 and my Sony VX1000 with a century death lens. A pretty simple shoot no real plan and I am really happy with the way it turned out. We had a lot of fun just running around the blvd at night. I asked my friend Shawn Harmon if he was up to edit the video with me and I think he really made something great with the footage we had. Shawn came over and we started the edit and made a general outline and then from there Shawn finished it up in the next couple days. Go give Gigi a follow the music he is making is great and refreshing compared to a lot of the same music we keep hearing.
