What I Eat in a Day | Food Substitutes | My WW Blue Plan | Weight Loss After 60 Marlene Fab & Glam Over 50 2021-09-22 | For today, I'll be sharing what I eat in a day. I'll also share some food substitutes that are working for me on my WW Blue Plan. Weight Loss after 60 is going slow and steady. I hope it continues. Here's the link for WW. If you use my link, you will get a free month and I will as well: weightwatchers.com/us/checkout/iaf/?iaftoken=32BAE8A500Recipe:Taco Salad (0 Points on Blue Plan)Ingredients:1 lb 99% Fat-Free Ground Turkey Breast1 onion (diced)1 green pepper (diced)1 T minced garlic1 Can of diced tomato (I use Rotel because I like it spicy)1 t cumin1 t oregano1T chili powderBertoli EVOO Spray (use whichever spray you prefer) Directions:Spray the pan with oil spray. Heat pan on medium heat (don't allow it to get hot), add the onions and peppers and stir to prevent burning (about 2 -3 minutes) add the garlic & all the spices. Turn to low and stir for about 2 minutes. Add the diced tomatoes (if using Rotel, I use about 1/3 of the can unless you like it really spicy hot). Allow cooking for a few minutes at low heat. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Add the ground turkey, mix with the ingredients. Bring to medium heat, stirring all the ingredients until the turkey is browned. Turn the heat to low and simmer for about 15-20 minutes. Let the turkey cool before adding to the salad. Top with fat-free salsa.Cauliflower (0 points on Blue Plan)Preheat oven to 450 degrees.Line a cookie sheet with aluminnum foilSpray with cooking sprayCut the florets, remove the stems, spray with spray butter. Sprinkle with garlic powder, chipotle powder (if you like spicy), a bit of salt and pepper.
