By timing your VCL YRC at a specific point during the move (similar to Roby-Ky 5H FRC or Jam 2D FRC), you can overlap your YRC invul frames (2 frames) over the Blitz reject frame (1 frame).
You can do this at any time during their Charged Blitz, it does not need to be timed relative to character wakeup frames - you can do this even in neutral at any time during the Blitz animation.
Afterwards, level 1,2, and fully charged lvl 3 Blitz Shield will be susceptible to full punish by CH.
Stroke the Big Tree (STBT - 41236 S/H) provides you with the low profile frames to sail under their Charged Blitz follow-up attack, and punish them severely.
