Today was quite a long and busy day! First I had to prepare myself and it was a battle but I felt better after brother Guido picked me up and we prayed together in the car on the way to the prison in Lingen. We had such a good time there and the people were listening and I could see where God was moving. I can't wait to hear testimonies about what God did in there this day. I might have to wait until we all are in heaven but that is fine! We did what we came for! Shared the Gospel to the people!
We picked up Sebastian on the way from the prison and set up the gear at the PapalaPub in Nordhorn where we did two sets of music with talks between the songs. I heard people had deep conversations about God and that is what it is all about! We come and we do our thing, God ignites something in peoples hearts and from there it is all God who works together with the local church who are doing a tremendous work with our days here!
Tomorrow we are going to be out on the street in the afternoon and in the evening we are entering another pub, The HornOchse in Nordhorn. We are live on stage from 20:30 pm! Hope to see you!

Heute war ein ziemlich langer und intensiver Tag! Zuerst musste ich mich selbst vorbereiten, und das war ein Kampf, aber ich fühlte mich besser, nachdem Bruder Guido mich abgeholt hatte und wir auf dem Weg zum Gefängnis in Lingen gemeinsam im Auto gebetet haben. Wir hatten dort eine richtig gute Zeit, und die Menschen haben zugehört, und ich konnte sehen, wo Gott gewirkt hat. Ich kann es kaum erwarten, Zeugnisse darüber zu hören, was Gott an diesem Tag dort getan hat. Vielleicht muss ich warten, bis wir alle im Himmel sind – aber das ist in Ordnung! Wir haben das getan, wofür wir gekommen sind: das Evangelium mit den Menschen zu teilen!
Auf dem Weg vom Gefängnis haben wir Sebastian abgeholt und anschließend unsere Ausrüstung im PapalaPub in Nordhorn aufgebaut, wo wir zwei Sets Musik gespielt haben, mit kurzen Ansprachen zwischen den Liedern. Ich habe gehört, dass die Leute tiefgehende Gespräche über Gott geführt haben, und genau darum geht es! Wir kommen und tun unseren Teil, Gott entzündet etwas in den Herzen der Menschen, und von da an ist es Gott selbst, der zusammen mit der lokalen Gemeinde wirkt, die hier während unserer Tage eine großartige Arbeit leistet!
Morgen werden wir am Nachmittag auf der Straße unterwegs sein, und am Abend gehen wir in eine weitere Kneipe, den HornOchse in Nordhorn. Wir sind ab 20:30 Uhr live auf der Bühne! Hoffentlich sehen wir uns!
