Today marks the end of The God Builds series. Not just Gears of War, but my entire page. Its a bittersweet goodbye for me. On the one hand, this is how my YouTube career became internet famous, and I owe my success to the God Builds. Yet, on the other hand, I spent long sleepless nights draining myself for very little recognition. So its with great honor and a single tear in my eye that I lay my old faithful franchise down to rest for the last time.
Like a moth to the flame, everything that once was will surely end in due time. So I present to you the last two classes yet to be covered in the GoW 5 God Builds series. The rifflemen!
I did enjoy the making of all these videos, but I remembered how excited I was to finally get to the end, and once I got here.... I felt a dull sense of sorrow. Like I was laying to rest a distant relative who I never fully knew. I played with a girl by the gamertag; Angel and it almost felt like the last day of school. There's this uncanny somber feeling accompanied by the transition of one major landmark milestone to the next. When one thing ends and another begins. I just can't bring myself to talk about these last two classes, because for me, this is the last video of an entire era. A path that I started myself on in 2015 now concluding...
I guess its true what they say about the things you love.
