I am experienced flower making teacher and today I'm sharing with you a technique that work every time I create my paper poinsettias. Very unique, very delicate, perfect for a gift for a boy, or a girl. This is a great handmade gift as nothing like that can be bought in the stores. In the video I'll show you step by step how to create a home decor piece that has layers and exciting elements but it is not difficult to make at all. You will need a base, scrapbooking papers and matching embellishments. As a base for this one-of-a-kind hot air balloon home decor, I used an MDF shape from Woodouts. Almost the whole element is covered with scrapbooking paper apart from one place where I used acrylic paint. I'll teach you how to make your own template for each layer that is attached to the top part of the balloon. You will find out what embellishments are best to use while creating a home decor, how to layer elements, how to finish off the project and more!I'm using papers from Lemoncraft 'Waiting for you' collection which is full of baby elements, baby clothes, toys, animals etc. In the 6x12 pad you will find images suitable for baby girl or baby boy in brown, mint and pink colors. It is easy, looks gorgeous and can be used for cards for any occasion!In today's video, I'll show you how in a few steps make a wedding arch-shaped card. You do not need any 'special' tools just a plate would work :)The size can be changed, and the shape of the arch too! So let's grab some of your favourite scrapbooking papers, collection with some elements for fussy cutting would be great and create with me!!What else you could use?I always add handmade flowers, but this is not necessary, you can make a floral composition using fussy-cut images. Die cut leaves and doilies and that's it! In the video I'll show you how to create the arch-shaped card base and each layer for the card including the arch-shaped frame. You will only need a pencil and a ruler for that. I will create 2 compositions, one big on the top of the card and one smaller on the bottom. So what do you think? Altered Embroidery Hoop Boho Style Emilia Sieradzan 2022-06-24 | The very popular boho style again is featured on my project :)Today I take another chance to alter the embroidery hoop. Why are these hoops so often used in scrapbooking? Maybe because of their nice round shape? Maybe because they create a lovely frame? I do not know, but I also like to work with them!In the video, I'll be altering a plastic embroidery hoop in green colour. I bought it in the second-hand shop but I've seen similar ones in Hobbycraft. They come in different colours and some even with nice wooden texture.This project is very easy to make, anyone can do it! You will need few embellishments and scrapbooking paper. I'm working with Lemoncraft 'Sincerity' paper collection that has a lot of light green colours, perfect for my hoop. I also have die-cut leaves and other bits, handmade flowers chipboard frame and a few pieces of lace. I used Lemoncraft's 'Tomorrow' paper collection. Apart 12x12" pad I used a 6x12" pad that is full of images in rustic, boho style. Lemoncraft 'Tomorrow' scrapbooking papers - https://lemoncraft.pl/en/379-tomorrowRustic style is still very popular for a wedding theme. Natural elements, leaves, wood and florals are a must to create a beautiful boho mood. For the card, I have chosen a few images: an embroidery hoop decorated with a leaf wreath, a vintage-style envelope also with greenery on it and a slice of wood. Handmade Masculine Birthday Card * Emilia Sieradzan * Emilia Sieradzan 2022-02-11 | Masculine cards give some crafter a headache! I do not make them often but when a friend asks for the card is hard to say no :)Today I'll show you how to create a handmade card for him. Of course I'm not going to argue if the card should have flowers or not, opinions are very different, my inspiration comes with the flowers :DI started by choosing scrapbooking papers. I wanted something a bit darker than I usually use, so dark blue checkered pattern paper was perfect for a 1st layer. I didn't want to cover that lovely design so decided the second layer of paper will be much smaller. Once I was happy with the choice, I could look for embellishments to go with it. The first place to find matching pieces in the paper collection. Lemoncraft papers always have a lot of elements for fussy cutting. Frames, sentiments, elements, objects etc, the choice is great!I decided to die cut some more elements but I kept everything in the same color scheme. Browns and blues. The edges of the scrapbooking paper I have distressed using a tracing wheel. It is a simple sewing tool, a very cheap one! that creates little holes in the paper, adding a nice texture to the paper :)The composition is simple and quick to make! Very often I make round cards but this time I decided to do the shape I haven't done before, at least I do not have a tutorial for it - heart shaped card :) If you are afraid that a heart-shaped card is not difficult to make, don't!
