Welted Ware 2025-07-26 | In this continuation of my "Really Rare Red Wings" series, we explore a 13 year old collaboration between Nigel Cobourn and Red Wing from 2012, in this case their 4345Y Sample pair (not the final product). This is actually a sample pair of what would become the collaboration, AND not the final product, making it even more rare, and I think it's more relevant to today's styling anyways. With a single midsole and oil resisting cork outsole, and fashioned using the LEGENDARY Munson Last (of which Red Wing only does one other model - the Munson Ranger, which is also quite rare), this is a true Unicorn Shoe that I am glad to have come across.
