2003 GM Truck 6.6 Crank No Start No Codes Phillip Bailey 2023-01-15 | This duramax was brought in for a cranks no start condition. It's not making any high pressure fuel pressure. Starts and runs with propane. I believe its got a high pressure fuel pump problem. There's no fuel in the oil. Really need to check return fuel flow rates but I don't have the hardware. The truck has other issues as well.

2002 F250 7.3 IDM Codes P1291, P1316 Phillip Bailey 2022-11-24 | After replacing the cam sensor which was causing a crank no start condition the engine started running rough and was cutting out. Scanning returned codes P1316 and P1291 for injector control codes on the right bank. I found the valve cover gasket internal connector partially unplugged. ended up replacing the gasket but it still would not pass the buzz test. Tried another IDM and it passed twice. Tried to start it and problem returned. Ended up finding a rubbed through wire that is the 115V feed to the injectors on the right bank by C110 on the left valve cover.

2012 Subaru Impreza Ignition Key Wont Turn Off Phillip Bailey 2022-08-14 | This is a fairly common problem according to my research and caused by an intermittent Park switch in the shifter. If the Body Integration Unit does not see the shifter in park it won't energize the ignition lock solenoid to allow the ignition to be turned off. Since the switch is apparently only available with the entire shifter we decided to create a work around for the switch. Note that this is not the neutral safety switch used for starting.
