Serves: 4Ingredients1 Tablespoons Onion Flakes1 Teaspoons Flour1 Teaspoons or one cube (crushed to powder) Beef Bullion Granules1 Teaspoons Garlic Salt.75 Teaspoons Cumin1.5 Teaspoons Chilli Powder1 Teaspoons Paprika.25 to .50 Teaspoons Cayenne Pepper - depending on if you LIKE HOT ..25 Teaspoons Sugarbullion should be powdered - if you only have cubes convert them to powderwrap in plastic and microwave bullion cube for 30 seconds - 600w microwave then smash .careful with that , i tried 5 cubes at 60 seconds and thee was FIRE.... or you could chop with razor blade and smash in circular motion with metal spoon on some nice parchment paper or a mirror - scarface style- chop out some BEEFY rails ! IF you can find it , you can also buy powdered style bullion ... We used a small "food processer" which is a cheap plastic tub with a blade and it chopped up 9 cubes fairly well . i strained that and found about a 1/2 teaspoon of chunks which i usd the spoon on those . that was LOUD and seemed hard on the motor of the food processor but ... if they are fresh the bullion cubes break down under a rolling pin with little effort . This is a bulk recipe is 10x to 17x serves 40-60 depending on how strong you like it. 1/2 Cups, 2 Tablespoons Onion Flakes *3 Tablespoons, 1 Teaspoons Flour3 Tablespoons, 1 Teaspoons Beef Bullion Granules3 Tablespoons, 1 Teaspoons Garlic Salt2 Tablespoons, 1.5 Teaspoons Cumin0.25 Cups, 1 Tablespoons Chilli Powder3 Tablespoons, 1 Teaspoons Paprika2.5 Teaspoons Cayenne Pepper2.5 Teaspoons Sugar* or 1/4 cup onion flakes and + 4 tsp onion powder , or JUST 8tsp onion powder - you can use up to 26gram per lb of beef . that is a bit strong IMO , i would recommend you try using a tablespoon full or heaping tblspn . one tblspn of this stuff weighed out to 15g - start with THAT - 1 tblespoon or 15g per lb of meat. if you like it STRONGER - a heaping tblspn was 23g per lbs of meat . if you use a tblespn or 15g per lbs of meat this recipe will make 17 rounds of tacos, so its a lot but man is this stuff incredibly good. this magical dust will elevate your ground beef tacos BEYOND taco bell or any other tacos you ever tried . its THAT good . stay tuned for peteys crazy chicken leggies !
