ACE found by Priestess Emilia https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i115gNPCm48, full credit for ACE goes to them. Also they were kind enough to share the save file with me, as the setup for this is quite involved: https://www.speedrun.com/ooe/guides/odpdf. This was played on a real Nintendo DS through a flash cart.
With save file being set up correctly, all you need to do is memory corruption to call the code by putting the boss rush map pin in the right X coordinate. Also this technically is the Albus ending, not the Shanoa one, as Shanoas Dracula cant die to anything other than the Dominus. Again, full credit to Priestess Emilia for the ACE setup.
PS this run is pretty shit in execution but its the first one where I was able to YOLO the pin into place and not crash, which also caught me quite off-guard lol.

Also using the late lap start glitch I found way back and forgot about until Faizer reminded me. Stay on the edge and the lap wont register until you enter the main part of the lap
