The Albright Institute for Global Affairs was honored to welcome Gina McCarthy and Professor Jay Turner for a keynote dialogue during the 2025 Albright Wintersession. The first White House National Climate Advisor and former U.S. EPA Administrator, Gina McCarthy is one of the nation’s most respected voices on climate change, the environment, and public health. Jay Turner, is the William R. Kenan, Jr., Professor of Environmental Studies at Wellesley College and researches the recent history of U.S. environmental politics and policy, including climate change, the clean energy transition, and public lands management.
This dialogue is part of the Albright Institute programming for this year centered on the theme, "Frontiers of Change: Shaping the Next Wave of Innovation and Disruption," examining the intersections of equity, ethics, and technological advancement across many frontiers affected by our rapidly evolving global digital landscape.
