The Greek island of Santorini has been on our bucket list for years and we were so excited that we were able to spend a few days on this island during our trip to Athens, Greece in November 2019.
The flight from Athens to Santorini is a short 45 minutes, which makes it a perfect place to visit while in Greece.
We rented a vehicle and drove from the Santorini airport to Oia, one of the most iconic and picturesque places on the island.
Because it was off-season, the accommodations were more affordable and the streets were less busy, so we would definitely visit at that time of year again.
