I obtained a used Bayou Classic Deep Fryer. It was in bad shape and needed some cleaning & maintenance to restore it to working order. After I did so I tested it with some fried Greek tomatoes and Spiral cut Potatoes. At the end of this video I compare this older version of the Fryer with the newer version. #bayouclassic
