So I finally got to see what flying in a parking structure is like, and man it's a rush. I'm a short dude, and i can touch the copper pipes hanging below the ceiling. Thanks to my friend Chris for opening this private place up for me for a night.
I also finally got it tuned the way I like it using Boris's Betaflight FW. It flies like a dream now :)
