The wait is over, the festival has officially moved to Japan! Today we are experiencing the mind-blowing opening sequence and prologue of Forza Horizon 6, recorded in glorious 2K HDR at Max Settings with absolutely NO HUD for maximum immersion.
Playground Games has truly outdone themselves for this 2026 release. Removing the UI turns this opening act into a seamless interactive movie. We kick things off pinning a 2024 Nissan GT-R Nismo through the beautiful Hokubu countryside while racing a bullet train, transition into a brutal snowy mountain descent in a Polaris RZR truck during a literal rocket launch, and finish it off in the stunning 2025 Toyota GR GT Prototype cover car as part of a legendary convoy heading to the heart of the new map.
What to look out for in this cinematic run:
🚅 The Hokubu Sprint: Racing alongside a Japanese bullet train in the iconic R35 Nismo.
🚀 Space Center Jump: Hitting a massive jump in the snow right as a rocket blasts off from the Irokawa Space Center.
