In This One, Forza Horizon 5 turns into a hilarious and competitive challenge where things get weird fast.
I’m SidWaj, and I’m joined by ImBlueDuck, Mjay, and Rizon as we take on a unique FH5 challenge where each of us is randomly assigned a gear — 1, 2, 3, or 4 — and we’re forced to stay in that single gear for the entire round. No shifting allowed. 🚗💨
We put this to the test across a variety of race types in Forza Horizon 5, pushing the limits of tuning, driving skill, and game mechanics. The goal is simple but surprisingly deep: build the best possible tune for your assigned gear and see how it performs. Does a low gear with insane launch and acceleration have the advantage, or can higher gears dominate with top speed and consistency?
Every round, we all use the same car, chosen before the race, which leads to some absolutely wild combinations — from extreme drag builds to tiny meme cars and electric hypercars. The challenge creates a perfect mix of chaos, strategy, and laughs while exploring how Forza Horizon 5 physics, tuning, and gearing really work.
