Okay, so even though the Community Day weapons aren't in your starting loadouts anymore, they still have a chance to show up in Gold Chests, drop crates, and piñatas, but very rarely it seems. I was lucky enough to get the Finger Guns recorded.
I think that'll be all for this mode for now. I just need to wait until the next update changes the loadouts to match next season.
