Made for the 14th video challenge over at the Obidala Fan Forum with the theme "love-triangles"; came in second together with a video by BriseisKenobi! Thanks to everyone who voted :D
STORY (Padmé's POV): Padmé and Obi-Wan meet around the time of the Phantom Menace and fall in love. They get married and seem to live a happy life together, but then things start to go downhill (Hollywood-style). Obi-Wan eventually leaves after a fight and ends up in a bar, where he meets the aspiring politician Blair. They spend the night together, but Obi-Wan then returns to Padmé, who forgives him for everything he said the night before. But then Obi-Wan keeps sneaking out to be with Blair instead of Padmé. She confronts the pair and Obi-Wan ends things with her, choosing Blair instead.
Padmé tries to get over Obi-Wan but finds it hard, and as Obi-Wan is still present in the building (Blair lives there too) they keep on seeing each other. Thanks to her relationship with Obi-Wan Blair starts to rise in the ranks and Padmé starts to notice things about her that aren't that perfect. She confronts Obi-Wan but he refuses to listen, saying that Blair is an ambitious woman just like Padmé used to be.
One day, though, he sees the army that Blair has created in order to seize control of the Republic and starts to believe in what Padmé said. He confronts Blair who reveals herself to be a Sith. The two battle and fall over a cliff into a vulcano on Blair's homeplanet (where they were at the time). Padmé hears of this and it causes her to break down and cry.
She watches the funeral from a distance before she leaves Coruscant to visit the place where Obi-Wan died. She then sees him climbing back out of the ravine, having survived and hidden away until it all calmed down. The two reunite and confess that they still love each other.
