Here is the food i brought for hiking the west coast trail and the food i had left over. I did the hike in 6 days but was planning on 7. I suggest you count your calories as you pack and not just bring what looks like the right amount because i made that mistake and carried plenty of extra weight. Thumbnail is the fish i got at Nitinat Narrows for $45.
