Flying Into The Sunrise from Oshawa CYOO To Quebec City CYQB International Airport - Glen's Hangar
Today we fly to Jean Lesage International airport in Quebec City, this is a busy Canadian Class C airport with regular scheduled commercial traffic. Airspace in Canada is structured differently than in the USA - Canadian Class C Airspace / Airports, are the equivalent of USA Class B Airspace / Airports. Canadian Class B airspace is based on altitude; 12,501 ft (3,810 m) up to 17,999 ft, and not on proximity to an airport.
This footage is EDITED, you don't hear all of the radio calls, or see all of the procedures. Editing removes context, and just because you didn't see or hear something... doesn't mean it didn't happen. Relax.
