I must admit that I'm not sure where exactly this 8mm film was taken. I take it that scenes in Canggu were taken. I also see gotong royong because of Arabic Jawi script at 0:22 and 0:42. The road signs are distinctively Malay. I reckon the ferry service links Johore and Singapore. The flag on the boats is the flag of the state of Johore, Only by 2:56 you can see it's Indonesia, but 3:06 and 3:20 is Yogyakarta (Adi Sutjipto Airport). the flag on the boat is the flag of the state of Johore, Only by minute 5:00 is really taken in Bali, see at certain shot, the pre-1963 Mount Agung that on this moment of writing, may erupt, and signs that lead to a hotel in Sanur.
