Providing heritage skills and training has many benefits and can help address the skills gaps and shortages identified in our research, ensuring the sector can meet demand.

Our Heritage Building Skills Programme was a major 5-year in-work training and apprenticeships programme in the North of England, running from 2021 to 2026. It's now in the evaluation stage.
