Method 1

1. Click File
2. Click Options
3. Click Save
4. Untick Embed fonts in the file
5. Click OK Button
6. Done!


Method 2

1. Click on the Text
2. Click Home Menu
3. Note Down The Font Name
4. Click Down Arrow Beside Replace
5. Click Replace Fonts
6. Select The Font We Noted & Causing the Problem in Replace Drop Down Menu
7. Now Replace It With Any Other Font in this Drop Down Menu
8. Click Replace Button
9. Click Close Button
10. Done!


Method 3

1. Click File
2. Click Save As
3. Click Browse
4. Click Desktop
5. Select PowerPoint XML Presentation (*.xml) From Save as type Drop Down Menu
6. Click Save Button
7. Close PowerPoint
8. Right-Click on The PowerPoint XML File
9. Click Open With
10. Click Notepad
11. Click Edit
12. Click Replace
13. In Find What Type The Font Which is Showing Error
14. Click Replace All Button

13. If Not Showing Any Error Than Delete the Slide
14. Copy 2nd Slide
15. Paste The 2nd Slide in New Presentation
16. If Not Showing Any Error Than Delete the Slide
17. Copy 3rd Slide
18. Paste The 3rd Slide in New Presentation
19. Again Save The New Presentation
20. In My Case it Was 3rd Slide Causing The Error
21. Close New PowerPoint Presentation
22. Select All The Text
23. Change Font To Somethin Else
24. Now Save The Presentation
25. Done!
