XENOM debut this past weekend in Arlington, Texas after making its announcement to the functional fitness world back in February. Dubbed "The Decathlon of Fitness", it presented itself as a new competition for the CrossFit community, possibly an answer to HYROX. It also promised new scoring system, new equipment, new venues, and much more! Did XENOM deliver on its promises?
Brian and Scotty are joined by two athletes who competed at the inaugural event and can give answers based on their experiences. Emily Rolfe was one of the first notable names who was announced, the five-time CrossFit Games athlete and 2024 third "Fittest Woman on Earth" placed second in the Elite Division. Kyra Milligan was a late addition to the teams field, the two-time Games qualifier teamed up with Olivia Kerstetter to win their division.
