Verbena Santa Ana is a day to celebrate the parton saint of the village Manilva, Santa Ana. After the mess in the Church early evening, the Santa Ana figure is taken out from the Church and carried throughout the central village. The people of Manilva is all taking part and as the figure is returned to the church the evening turns into a fiesta with music and dancing on the streets. It’s a welcoming atmosphere and everyone take the opportunity to socialize in the bars and restaurants along Calle Mar.
