This siren is located at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah. McCracken county sirens tests first Saturday at 1PM CT.

After the slight "disappointment" at Mayfield, we headed for Paducah. I decided to do the hospital bolt, while everyone else in town, split up and did different bolts. This thing was loud and punchy and did not disappoint.
