Hi, I'm indie fantasy author, Melinda Kucsera, and in this episode, Claudia Klein is joining me to talk about her book, Song of Siege and Shadows.

- Gwynneth, a female Elvish blacksmith apprentice and lord's daughter, faces a life-changing decision. In a society where female Elves are typically housewives, she dreams of a career as a blacksmith. However, her plans are abruptly derailed when her father introduces her to Alec, a handsome Elvish lord and her intended husband. With her apprenticeship canceled and a betrothal ceremony looming, Gwynneth must choose between defying her father to pursue her passion or accepting the path forged for her by others.
