What happens when the man who helped pioneer Retro gaming in the UK starts thinking about the future?
In 1995, before YouTube, before eBay, and before people even knew what “Retrogaming” was, I started a tiny magazine called Retrogames from my lunch breaks at work. Thirty years later, it has somehow grown into one of the biggest Retro game stores in the world.
With over 35,000 games in stock, 200+ formats, huge unseen storerooms packed with rare treasures, and a website older than Google itself… this is the story of how it all happened.
From photocopied magazines and London exhibitions, to warehouse-sized collections, rare arcade machines, forgotten prototypes and unbelievable discoveries — this is the hidden history of Retrogames.
