Jenna and her husband Kyle became pregnant quickly, but their joy turned to heartbreak after a loss at 12 weeks. As they tried to move forward, the emotional toll of uncertainty and fear began to take hold. They turned to RMA of New York seeking answers and support, and met Dr. Tia Jackson-Bey.

Jenna navigated intrauterine insemination (IUI) and ultimately in vitro fertilization (IVF). Dr. Jackson-Bey guided them through every step with empathy and understanding. They are now the parents of two children.

RMA of New York is celebrating 25 years of advancing fertility science and turning hope into possibility. Family Portraits is a series of stories from RMA of New York patients.
