Hunting for my Shiny Dragonair, I reached a fishing chain of 130 and found a shiny Basculin. I was fishing up Dragonair, Poliwhirls and Basculin in order of preference and of course I got the one I wanted the least, but it was a shiny and I love shinies, but it didn't go to plan.
